The “Lehman Shock” pushed many corporations to seek an answer to the question “What kind of business education is truly worth investing in?” It goes without saying that the main priority is to improve the performance of employees and organizations. Companies have undergone fundamental changes in their strategy to survive hard times which require people capable of formulating and implementing these changes. CICOM BRAINS works closely with clients as a strategic partner, taking into account each organization’s unique needs and goals.

We provide hybrid training solutions which offer valuable business and communication skills through our customized in-house programs and open-enrollment programs. The former allows organizations to foster staff cohesion while the latter enables participants to hone their skills in competition with those from other companies. All programs are designed in accordance with the organizational objectives and participant profiles provided by the client. Programs are offered in business centers throughout Asia, including Tokyo, Shanghai and Singapore to meet the needs of regional and global firms.

CICOM BRAINS has also helped a number of non-Japanese companies localize their in-house programs for implementation in Japan. CICOM BRAINS is located in Tokyo (covering Japan), Shanghai (covering China), and Singapore (covering Southeast Asia, India, and Oceania). Our consultants are very familiar with the local economic and cultural contexts and affiliated with the very best in local talent to assist your HRD managers in charge of the region. We also have partnerships with local educational entities in some countries. In Thailand, we collaborate with Mahidol University College of Management to provide management training programs in Thai. In India, we have an alliance with A2V Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd to help Japanese companies strengthen local training and development efforts. We have also recently launched web-based courses, in which learners can choose among Japanese, English, or Chinese.
