After working with the Ushio Inc.and a Japanese venture business, she joined CICOM and started the present position since 2010. Using her behavior and inter-cultural communication skills such as flying alone to Indonesia and Sri-Lanka and cultivating local partners, she devotes herself to the trainings for the dispatched personnel to the emerging countries, or setting-up of the training plan and execution of training for multinational members. She was born in Kamakura, Kanagawa-Prefecture. Her hobbies are windsurfing and camping.
Koji studied literature at Kobe University and went on to earn his MBA at NUCB (Nagoya University of Commerce and Business). He is a small and medium enterprise management consultant.
In his prior position at the consulting firm for automotive manufacturer, he supported the management reform in the affiliate dealers. He took part in wide variety of support service such as increasing the number of sales, getting out from deficit operation and successor upbringing. He jointed Cicom Brains in 2013. Since 2008, he worked as sales manager of the Sales force strengthening group. After that he was in charge of General Manager and Executive Officer. He is from Katsushika-ward, Tokyo. In private, he is a professional level jazz saxophonist. He is performing in live houses and events in Tokyo. Takashi studied political science at Meiji University. He worked for a commercial real estate developer, before joining Cicom Brains. He oversees performance improvement for sales organization and is a lecturer for communication training subjecting new to mid-career staff. For performance improvement for sales, he has discussions with the person in charge of the training, and produce training program, teaching material, role play, case study, and video teaching material as well as oversees the lecturer management. He also provides various solutions such as accompanying in sales, coaching, interview, assessment, and measurement of effectiveness.

Yukiko earned her MBA from Queensland University of Technology. After working for an insurance company, she studied in Australia for her MBA. During her study in Australia, she experienced diversity while workingoin a project with students from over 20 different countries. She joined Cicom Brains in 2008. She plans training for various positions from executives, new recruitments, to national staff. She feels a sense of satisfaction by tailoring the plan for each client by deliberating what is optimal for them, and have them satisfied with the results.

He supported a wide range of organizational activation focusing on major listed companies, from employment adjustment consulting, to management training, sales training, and customer satisfaction improvement surveys undertaken by independent. During his continuance in office, he participated as a board member of the Life Balance Management Co., Ltd. to which Nippon LCA had invested. He then joined Aon Consulting Japan KK. He worked as a lecturer for marketing, sales, training for medium-sized employees, and developed contents such as communication training. He joined CICOM BRAINS Inc. in 2012. He works on a wide range of business, including production of marketing and sales staff training, and work as a seminar lecturer. Born in Kyoto Prefecture. His hobby is golfing. Yoko studied literature at Doshisha Universityand earned her MBA at TiasNimbas Business Schoolin Netherlands. After working at a travel agency and recruitment at a company, she entered into a business school in Netherlands. While she was in school she was interested in HR and entered Cicom Brains in 2012 after her graduation. She oversees national staff training, global training, and lectures before transfer. Her goal is to develop and diffuse training program for youth who have healthy competitive mind and high sense of ethics. She is from Kobe city, Hyogo. Her hobby is theater viewing. Recently, she has been going to a school for English pronunciation and training to better her pronunciation.
While studying linguistics and English teaching method while studying at a university, and after the graduation, gained experience as a teacher of English for children, a high school English lecturer and a studying abroad consultant. Joined CICOM BRAINS Inc. in 2007. After experiencing in the company as a coordinator of open global leadership program, a planner of corporate training, reached the present post. Since realizing the fun and difficulty of discussing in English as a tool with counter-part of various nationalities and ideas while staying in the overseas, currently being involved in content development to improve English management ability focusing on experience and trends of Japanese people.
