Prof Sattar Bawany is the Strategic Advisor of The International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) in Asia Pacific and Managing Director & Master Executive Coach of Executive Development Associates (EDA) in Asia Pacific.
He has over 25 years international business management experience, including 15 years in executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development and training with global management consulting firms. He also has over 15 years of academic experience as an adjunct professor teaching senior executives international business strategies and HR courses at leading universities.
Prof Bawany is the Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM). He is also currently the Co-Chair of the Human Capital Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham). His previous roles include that of Managing Director and Talent Development/Coaching Practice Head for DBM Asia Pacific. Prior to DBM he assumed senior management positions with other global HR consulting firms such as Mercer HR Consulting, Forum Corporation and Hay Group.

Dr Zsuzsanna Tungli is the Managing Partner of Developing Global Leaders Asia, a company dedicated to assist individuals and organisations in becoming globally responsible and competent actors in the world. For the past 18 years Zsuzsanna has been designing and delivering corporate cross-cultural competence and leadership programmes for multinational companies (e.g. SingTel, Novartis, Exxon Mobil, Daimler Financial Services), has lectured at business schools (e.g. London Business School, Central European University), and provided executive coaching for senior and middle managers. Originally from Hungary, she has lived in many different countries in Europe, Asia and the United States. Currently she resides in Singapore.
Dr. Tay has been working for a global human resource consulting firm working across the APAC region for the past decade. Prior to his consulting, training and teaching work, Dr. Tay has held senior management appointments with various large multinationals. He was previously Senior Vice President of the largest financial advisory and wealth management firm in Australia, providing financial advisory to high net worth individuals in preserving, managing and growing their wealth. In addition, He has also consulted and trained leaders in areas of management and leadership development for the past two decades.
Dr. Tay has taught in the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University in Organization Behavior and Organization Development. He has worked with the undergraduates of the Singapore Management University in the Entrepreneurial Division in the area of business ventures and start ups. He has also taught several Australian and United Kingdom MBA programs with a specific focus on HRM and HRD. Dr. Tay is the adjunct lecturer for the Entrepreneurship Institute of Australia teaching subjects in Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship. He has also taught wealth management subjects in the “Executive Program” with the National University of Singapore Business School.
Arul John Peter, holds an MBA along with other professional qualifications. After 15 years in Civil service, he joined an International Trade Secretariat as a Project Officer and was based in Singapore from 1986 to 1996. During this time, he handled Labour Management-related training throughout Asia-Pacific in countries such as Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Fiji, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. He was also responsible for designing and facilitating training workshops and seminars throughout Asia-Pacific.
Since 1997, he manages Centre for Creative Thinking. He handles the designing and facilitation of seminars for managers and senior executives in Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan. He also has wide experience on management development activities through Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and Singapore National Employers Federation.
Michael P A Tan (or Mike) has more than 20 years working experience in Administration and Human Resource Training & Development, and Training Consultancy.
He specializes in Presentation Skills, Building & Developing Team activities, Personal Enrichment Programs and Organizational Development Courses. Michael’s client list includes the Civil Service departments and Statutory bodies, the Service and Hospitality Sectors and the Manufacturing Industries from Singapore, ASEAN countries and Mongolia.
He is MBTI® Qualified and is certified to administer the Relationship Awareness™ Theory Instruments, the DiSC, the Big5 and a number of other licensed personality instruments.
Michael holds a Master of Arts degree in Tertiary, Adult & Continuing Education, University of Hull, UK. His other qualifications include Training, Organization & Methods, Administrative Management and Transport and the Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) issued by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He was an active member of the Toastmasters’ Club in Singapore.
Mitsumatsu was born in Kobe Japan and spent his childhood in New York USA. Most of his friends were immigrants from various countries and many of their parents were starting up their own business. He himself started selling things on the street with his friends in New York since 6 years old. This is where he started to develop his interest in Business, especially in startups. After coming back to Japan, he majored biotechnology and earned his Bachelor/Master degree at Kobe University.
He then started his carrier at Procter and Gamble (P&G) which is the largest consumer goods company in the world. At P&G he was involved in one of the first global project which is currently a US$1.5 billion business worldwide. He also led many startup product development projects and brands. Most of them were global projects and one of these involved 7different time zones and 10 different nationalities.
He was also the top inventor in the P&G Far East region where he applied the most accumulated number of patents. In 2001 he founded an innovation consulting firm named Innovetica Inc. which specializes in consulting and management education in the area of creativity and innovation. He also has experience in teaching an MBA course in marketing at Wales University's validated programs and several executive education courses at Japan management association (JMA).
