Mikiko studied Spanish at Sophia University and later went on to earn her MBA from Hitotsubashi University. She started her career with USHIO Inc., a Japanese light industrial manufacturer, working in recruiting and training. She then moved to ACCESS, a Japanese software company, pursuing joint development / promotional programs with various third parties. Her extensive overseas living experience (Denmark, Spain, South Korea & the UK) has served her well at CICOM BRAINS where she develops training programs for emerging markets and multi-national staff of Japanese companies.
