After graduating Keio University Faculty of Letters / Graduate School of Media and Governance, he joined Sony Corporation . He had been engaged in global marketing over seven years, including 3 years oversea appointment in the United Kingdom. After leaving Sony, he joined the Boston Consulting Group. He had been engaged in variety of projects for 4 years covering wide range of industries including manufacturers , public services , finance , etc. He established Caeru Inc in 2014 to support Organizational transformation. (“Caeru” means " change " or " hatch out “ in Japanese)
He is a certified ambassador of ITIM organizational culture diagnosis and cross-cultural communication.
